Mike
A former U.S. Marine, Mike brings years of experience to help you achieve all your
goals. Mike has worked with hockey, soccer and football players, in addition to training
cross country and track and field athletes. He has worked with individuals of all types,
from fitness novices to competitive athletes. What makes Mike different than other
trainers is his ability to motivate you to make what you make think impossible possible.
With a Master's Degree in Education, he focuses on the mental components needed to
become a more healthy individual. In his free time, Mike enjoys spending time with
friends, walking his dog and sailing.
Matt
Originally from the East Coast, Matt holds certification from National Strength and
Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He also
is a US Track and Field Level II Coach. Committed to making athletes better, Matt's
philosophy combines the training principles of elite athletes with the demands of a
hectic schedule. Whether you are a working mother or a runner trying to break your
own personal records, Matt can work with you to design a program to help you reach
your goals. Outside of Lionheart,he lives for two things: his family and Chelsea FC.
